Hi there! My name is Miles Priestley, and together with my wife Tash, we’ll be bringing you coffee tips, our coffee videos
and other things of interest over the coming months.
To start with, we’d like to tell you where you can find us in December 2014:
- Saturday mornings @ Burleigh Heads Markets — 6:00am till 12:00pm — the Coffee Cart and packaged coffee for sale.
Pop down to the markets and say hello, introduce yourself — we’d love to meet you!
We love coffee, and I’ve been roasting coffee for 14 years in our coffee roasting factory, and selling from our Coffee Cart for the past three and a half years. I’m a coffee drinker, and I know exactly what I want, from the flavour to the aroma, and the after taste.
So I understand how important it is to be able to buy coffee which is consistently excellent, and I strive to do that for my own customers, some of whom come to the markets for a coffee made by me — even if they don’t need to buy anything while they’re there! :-) That’s a wonderful thing for me to hear!
I’m very excited to share that we’re making short videos about all the questions we’ve ever been asked.
And that’s A LOT of questions :-)
As we finish them, we’ll be sharing them in our Newsletters, so stay tuned :-)
As a little taste to whet your whistle, today we’re sharing a link to our first published video.
It was filmed at our Roasting Factory (so the noise of our trusty roasting machine is in the background) and we do hope
